Ze Odd Ball Designs

As a child I’ve always been fascinated about clothes, shoes, caps, etc. and growing up with four other siblings in a single-parent home, there was never enough to afford the latest and hottest trends that was out.  As time and life went on, my passion for fashion increased compared to what I thought I could do and not realizing with God first, I could manifest every creative idea possible. 

            First, I envisioned the idea...then sketch it. Afterwards I would transfer it on a selective fabric and the rest manifest into something extremely unique, a piece that could probably be imitated but never duplicated!  Have you ever been attending an upcoming event, which you have spent countless time and private thoughts about what you wanted to wear? Then spend time searching for that one particular outfit that would set you apart from all the others who was there...that piece of garment that they would remember you by?  If you answered yes to both of these questions then I’m talking exactly to you!  I have dealt with this issue several times.  I thought in order for me to be the Odd Ball, I knew I would have to go so far out of the way to create a look that will completely separate me from the crowd. 

Suddenly it hit me, why not design it yourself?  And surely that’s what I did.  I decided to take matters in my own hands. I begin to create each piece for one purpose and one purpose only...for you to be exactly what everyone wants to be……The Odd Ball.

Unique Goddess

Designing clothes is my passion and writing is my love, so it was only right for me to introduce the two. I put my all into my line, and I am a woman who's superior to all others only because I'm different from other in a way that makes me worthy of note. Being the only one of my kind makes me think of words like: exceptional, matchless, irreplaceable, rare distinctive, exclusive or better yet Unique. I am a woman who's widely admired and imitated, especially for my beauty. My spirit makes it easy for others to submit to my sweet and gentle powers. I am a supernatural female being who's worshiped  as the personification and controller of the unique aspect of the universe. Yes, I am a goddess ... a Unique Goddess! And it is only right for me to design the UNIQUE aspect of the fashion world by giving my clients all of me and "all of me" is greatness!! From age 6 to now this has been my life. (Life is Love God Bless)

Inspired by the Retro/Vintage era, I enjoy the look of bold block colors, sicadelics, a-line dresses and CoCo Chanels comparatively casual style.  My focus is on simpler design that offers the glamour and sexy designer touch. 

 

I look at today’s average working woman (mostly the single mom) that wants to dress trendy but can’t afford the price for designer clothing.  I want to offer those styles and make them affordable.  That’s how I myself got started.  Every time I went out, of course, I had nothing to wear and I don’t like shopping.  I would go into store after store and not find what I wanted.  I often found myself shopping out of magazines.  Now I see what I want in the magazine and make it for myself.  I offer that same concept for the average working woman.  I enjoy for someone to come to me, tell me what they want and I show it to them when they finish and it’s better than they envisioned.  I pride myself on not just being the one to put on paper, but the one also putting in the stitches.
